The Dial menu commands allow you to dial a phone number for a selected entry, choose a prefix, long distance prefix, or a suffix for the phone calls, and enter your Dialing Preferences.
The four commands, Dial Work Number, Dial Home Number, Dial Fax Number, and Dial Car Number, match the four phone field names in the Data Entry dialog box. If you change one of the field names, the name in the Dial menu also changes.
